FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to the most common questions about True Motion Ebike.
Choose the G300 Pro if top speed and open-trail riding are your priority — it's our fastest model at up to 50 mph. Choose the F18 2.0 if you ride steep climbs or technical terrain, since its mid-drive motor delivers the highest torque in the lineup. Choose the G18 Pro if all-day range matters most, with up to 75 miles on a charge. Still not sure? Reach out and we'll help you compare specs.
G300 Pro — 72V hub-drive motor, 6,500W peak power, up to 50 mph, up to 70 miles range, five power modes, inverted front fork with air-spring rear shock, 31" seat height, max load 350 lbs.
F18 2.0 — 60V mid-drive motor, 6,000W peak power, up to 46 mph, up to 60 miles range, three gears, 26.5" seat height (lowest in the lineup), hydraulic disc brakes, max load 300 lbs.
G18 Pro — 60V 35Ah battery, 4,500W peak power, up to 38 mph, up to 75 miles range (longest in the lineup), five power modes, 33.1" seat height, max load 350 lbs.
All three come standard with hydraulic disc brakes and full suspension. Speed and range are manufacturer-listed figures under optimal conditions — real-world results will vary with rider weight, terrain, and riding mode.
Fast-charge time to 80% is approximately 2.5 hours for the G300 Pro and F18 2.0, and around 3 hours for the G18 Pro. A full charge from empty will take somewhat longer. We recommend using only the charger included with your bike and avoiding overnight charging without supervision.
Your bike ships mostly assembled, with a small amount of final setup required — typically attaching the handlebars, front wheel, and pedals, and adjusting mirrors or accessories. A basic tool kit and instructions are included in the box. If you'd rather not assemble it yourself, most local bike shops can complete setup for a small fee.
Every True Motion Ebike ships with the bike, battery, charger, keys, a basic tool set, and an owner's manual. Please keep all original packaging and included items — they're required if you ever need to make a return.
Light rain and wet surfaces are generally fine for occasional riding, but we don't recommend submerging the bike, pressure-washing it, or riding through deep water or flooding. Water intrusion into the battery, motor, or electrical components is not covered under warranty, so let your bike dry fully after a wet ride and store it in a dry area.
Keep tires properly inflated, check brakes and bolts periodically, and clean your bike with a damp cloth rather than a hose or pressure washer. For the battery, avoid letting it sit fully drained for long periods, store it partially charged (around 50%) if not riding for several weeks, and keep it out of extreme heat or cold when possible. Good battery habits go a long way toward long-term performance.
Reach out to us at truemotionhb@gmail.com with your order details and a description (and photos, if possible) of the part you need. If the issue is covered under your warranty period, we'll help arrange a replacement — otherwise, we're happy to help you source the correct part.
Hub-drive motors (G300 Pro, G18 Pro) sit in the rear wheel — simple, durable, and strong at sustained high speed. Mid-drive motors (F18 2.0) sit at the center of the frame, improving weight balance and delivering stronger effective torque for climbing and technical, low-speed terrain.
Street legality depends on the specific model and your local regulations. Some of our bikes are built primarily for off-road use, while others may meet on-road e-bike classifications. Please check your product page and local laws before riding on public roads.
Yes. All three models include multi-mode power delivery starting around 10–17 mph, so new riders can start slow and work their way up. The F18 2.0's lower 26.5" seat height and the G18 Pro's finer speed increments tend to feel the most approachable for newer riders. We recommend practicing in an open, low-traffic area before riding at higher speeds or on technical terrain.
The G18 Pro leads the lineup at up to 75 miles, followed by the G300 Pro at up to 70 miles and the F18 2.0 at up to 60 miles. These are manufacturer-listed figures under optimal conditions — real-world range typically runs lower depending on rider weight, terrain, and riding mode, so plan conservatively for longer rides.
